These terms relate to the website itself. Each Sun City business has its own separate terms of service, which apply to any booking, contract or engagement you enter into with it.
Sun City Group Cameroon is a group of businesses established in Cameroon, with its head office in Bafoussam, Région de l'Ouest, and operations in Yaoundé and Douala. The group comprises Sun City Hotels, Sun City Snack & Club, Usheni Soyas, Sun City BTP, Sun City Security and the annual Bafoussam trade fair.

A booking, order or engagement is only confirmed once the relevant Sun City business has expressly accepted it and, where applicable, received any required deposit.
Room availability, rates, opening hours, menus and event programmes shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Confirmation is given by the property or venue concerned at the time of booking.
Our nightlife venues are reserved for persons of legal age and admission is subject to house rules, capacity and the discretion of management. Guests are asked to respect our staff, other guests and the premises.
If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell the venue before ordering. Usheni Soyas prepares grilled meat over charcoal and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact between ingredients.
Descriptions of Sun City BTP and Sun City Security services on this site are general in nature. Any quotation, estimate or indication of price given in response to an enquiry is provisional until confirmed in a signed written contract setting out the scope, duration, price and responsibilities of each party.
Security services are provided in accordance with Cameroonian law governing private security activities and are subject to the applicable authorisations.
Dates, programmes, performing artists and attractions announced for the annual trade fair are subject to change or cancellation. Exhibitor stands are allocated by separate agreement and are subject to availability, payment and the fair's own regulations. Attendance is at your own risk and subject to any security measures in place at the venue.
The Sun City name, logo, division names and the content of this website — including text, photographs, layout and design — belong to Sun City Group Cameroon or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or free of error at all times. Photographs are illustrative. Information published by third-party directories, booking platforms or review sites about our businesses is not controlled by us and may be inaccurate.
